Census Bureau reports Big Timber population was 1,498 in 2017


Big Timber, Montana had a population of 1,498 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Montana Business Daily.

The median age was 45, with 52.3 percent of the total population being female and 47.7 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 1,029,862.
