Big Sky had a population of 2,904 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Montana Business Daily.

Big Sky is a census-designated place in Montana. The median age of Big Sky residents was 34, with 47.7 percent of the total population being female and 52.3 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 1,029,862.
