
About 16.8 percent of the 3,054 degrees and certificates handed out by The University of Montana in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Missoula conferred 319 bachelor's degrees and 105 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business administration and management. Data shows the school gave out 217 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management, followed by 180 doctor's degrees in physical therapy/therapist and 128 associate's degrees in general studies.
The university enrolled 11,865 students for 2017-18, including 9,323 in undergraduate programs and 2,542 in graduate programs.
