West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
The West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee will be holding a public meeting Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Visitor Center (30 Yellowstone Avenue) to gain insight as we develop the 2019/20 Marketing Plan.
The public is invited to attend the meetings to review the current marketing plan and reports, and give input on what they feel would be important to marketing West Yellowstone.
Input will be used to create a list of projects and budget for the Lodging Facilities Use Tax (aka “Bed Tax") funds we receive through the State of Montana Office of Tourism.
The meeting agenda will be for community marketing only. Not for event planning, trail grooming or other topics handled by independent committees or 3rd parties.
